Both are nominated in eight categories each, and are joined in the Game of the Year category by Zelda, Resident Evil, Spider-Man, and Mario.
The nominees for over 30 categories will be revealed in a special livestream with Geoff Keighley, with the show set for December 7th.
The show celebrates its 10th anniversary live from the Peacock Theater, with World Premieres and new announcements promised.
